Valentina + Pastels For Fall

I love the idea of pastels for cool weather. They pair back to greys, browns, and blacks equally well and are just unexpected enough to stand out while still being neutral.
Boiled wool is an amazing fabric. It's lightweight like a medium-weight sweater, but warm like a jacket. Best part :: it's not itchy! This 'Valentina' jacket from CAbi is lined throughout the back and in the arms so it just slides right on. The cut is fantastic as well, the lapel stands right on up (or you could fold it over for a more traditional blazer look), and the back has amazing seaming.
What I'm Wearing //
Valentina Boiled Wool Jacket // CAbi
 Knit Wrap Top // CAbi
 Indie Jeans // CAbi
 'Drew' Bag // Jo Handbags
Leopard Calf-Hair Heels // old 9W (steal • invest • splurge) & these also look comfy
Triple Chevron Necklace // Moorea Seal c/o
Sunnies // Target
Try a pale pastel for Fall. Just don't pair it back to white or sandals or you'll look like you're delusional that summer is indeed finito.
