Because We All Need New School Shoes

By now, most schools have started and the back to school shopping (for them) is likely complete. What about the rest of us? I ran across this awesome coupon for Toms that you need to know about. New shoes are super important to updating your look.

The standard slip-on Toms are nothing the fashion people talk about. But man, they're comfortable and so easy to slip on. That being said, Toms does have some amazing (and equally comfortable) fashion shoe options you should check out!
Better yet, save some $$ and shop today.
$10 off free shipping on Toms (anything on the site  with code THANKYOU13 through today, 9/15 only). I'm obsessed with my Desert Wedge Booties, they make a comfy everyday wedge boot.

As long as we're on the topic of updating your look, please answer the following questions ::
1] Have you been going to the same hairstylist for more than 5 years?
2] Do you have the same hairstyle you did 3 years ago?
3] Was the last time you were at a cosmetics counter 2011 or before?
4] Have you picked up any new makeup tips over the past year?
5] Has your skincare regimen changed over the past 2 years?

If you answered NO to any of these questions, it's time for an update.
I'm not saying you need a new hairstyle/hairstylist every couple of years. Chances are though, if you've been going to the same person, and they're giving you the same look, then you might not look as fresh and current as you could. Good stylists are always being trained on new techniques and styles, so ask their opinion. Same goes for makeup (those appts are free at department stores...), and getting an aestheticians advice on anti-aging skincare is never a bad thing.

If you're reading this blog, then you're already on the right track with your wardrobe. I really try to post tips and ideas that will benefit women of all ages, sizes, and personal styles. Of course, if you need a more personal assist, I am available for Shop Your Closet appointments in the 206/425/253 area codes.
Who doesn't want to look and feel their best? If you take some small, simple steps toward bettering yourself physically, you'll undoubtedly better yourself emotionally.
